How it works
Check your inbox every Monday, starting 1.10, at 12:00 PM EST to reveal our feature #GoGirl and her
- GO TO exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere
-GO TO healthy (ish) recipe
- GO TO self care practice
We challenge you to complete the exercises at least twice a week or whenever your body is craving some movement, test out the recipes our #GoGirls enjoy most, and last, but definitely not least, take a moment each week to show yourself some love. Whether you try what our #GoGirls are loving or modify to your needs, our goal is to keep GOing strong, happy, and healthy through 2022.

Join Hannah on IG LIVE every weekday morning at 8:30am est, starting 1.11, to start the day with a little movement as a team.
