This Week's #GoGirls are the dynamic sister duo of Two Toned Training, Shai and Leah Douty. Shai is a former professional dancer, now certifed AFAA group fitness instructor currently teaching at Equinox in the Boston area. Leah is a NASM certified personal trainer and recognized 2 sport collegiate athlete. Their passion for fitness is cantagious and will have you working hard in an inclusive, upbeat environment.

WE CHALLENGE YOU to complete Shai and Leah's  GO to exercises at least twice a week or whenever your body is craving some movement, try switching up your go to snack for the sisters' fave, and last but definitely not least, test out their bedtime self care routine.

Whether you follow Shai and Leah's recommendation or modify to your needs, our goal is to keep GOing together - strong, happy, and healthy through 2022!

SHAI + leah's go-to moves

First up, we get in some cardio with jumping jack touchdowns

Next, we squat it out with split squat toe taps

Toned a.f. proats (protein oats)

-1 cup old fashion oats

-1 scoop 1st phorm protein (Mint Cookie is their fave!)

-1/2 banana

-1/2 cup of water

1 TBS of Nuts N More Protein peanut butter

Mix all ingredients together

Microwave for 2 minutes
