First purchase discounts are valid on full price merchandise only.

If the item are you would like to purchase is already on sale, you cannot combine it with the first purchase discount, however, your first purchase code will be valid for your next full price purchase!

We recommend spot cleaning with water first. If you need more than that, wash on a gentle cycle and hang dry.

Shipping & Returns

We accept returns on merchandise that is unused or defective with the original tags attached and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please allow one (1) business day to process your return request

Fill out the Returns Form within 7 days of delivery in order to begin the returns process.

Merchandise purchased on sale at 40% off or greater is final and cannot be returned.

Yes! We ship via UPS or DHL.

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Go Dash Dot, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders are processed within one business day of receipt. 

We strive to process orders in a prompt manner. Please note, however, that any delivery dates or timing provided on the Website represent our estimate of the expected delivery date. We will not be responsible or liable for any late deliveries. We use reputable third-party carriers (e.g., The United States Postal Service, Federal Express, United Parcel Service) to deliver your order and are not liable for delivery problems caused by these providers. We make no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping method.
