Holiday Return Policy: Active November 21st - December 25th, 2022
We accept returns on merchandise purchased between November 21st - December 25th that is unused or undamaged with the original tags attached and in the original packaging through January 5, 2023.
Fill out the Return Form prior to January 5th, 2023 to begin the process.
You are responsible for shipping any returned merchandise to us and you agree to bear shipping and handling charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. You agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery for the shipment. We will only accept returns that indicate the RMA number, and which otherwise comply with these instructions and with any other instructions that we may provide to you by email or otherwise.
Once we receive your package, your return can take up to one week to process. Depending on your method of payment, the credit should appear within 2 billing cycles.
No refunds will be provided for shipping and handling costs.
Any returns that fails to meet the instructions provided to you, with an RMA #, and are postmarked more than 30 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Discounts and promotions are non-transferable, non-retroactive, and cannot be combined. Merchandise purchased on sale at 40% off or greater is FINAL and cannot be returned. All monogrammed purchases are FINAL SALE.
Full Price Merchandise:

Gift With Purchase: If you wish to return a product in which you received a FREE keychain shopper tote, you must include the item unused and in the original packaging in your return shipment in order to be eligible for a full refund of the bag.
Shipping Policy
Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Go Dash Dot, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are processed within one business day of receipt.
Free shipping and free ground shipping are only available to US addresses on order over $150. This method usually takes 5-7 days to arrive, but we do not guarantee any delivery by a specific date. If you'd like your purchase quicker, select a 2-day or 1-day shipping option during checkout at an additional cost.
We can ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses through USPS shipping.
We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to Go Dash Dot as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.
International shipping outside the USA is available, however the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs, as well as any customs, duties, tariffs or other fees imposed by the country of their address.
We strive to process orders in a prompt manner. Please note, however, that any delivery dates or timing provided on the Website represent our estimate of the expected delivery date. We will not be responsible or liable for any late deliveries. We use reputable third-party carriers (e.g., The United States Postal Service, Federal Express, United Parcel Service) to deliver your order and are not liable for delivery problems caused by these providers. We make no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping method. In the event an order is not received by the estimated delivery date or arrives damaged, you should email customerservice@godashdot.com. Please include your order number in any email that you send to us so that we can quickly track your order and respond to your inquiry.
Holiday Shipping
Our goal is pick, pack, and ship your orders as fast as humanly possible. However, our shipping partners have noted there could be extra processing time due to the high order volumes over the holiday season.
