We're beyond excited to introduce one of our absolute favorite #GoGirls to kick off The New Year Dash Challenge for us- Chase Willman. As a former ballet dancer, Chase began her fitness career as one of the top FlyBarre instructors in New York City. She then took her passion for teaching & performing to branch out on her own. What started out as a commitment to keep her community together during the pandemic, became her lifetime opportunity to create her own virtual workout platform connecting with clients way beyond the Big Apple! Chase's infectious personality & unique energetic style will you have you sweating & laughing the moment you start one of her barre-inspired classes.

WE CHALLENGE YOU to complete Chase's GO to exercises at least twice a week or whenever your body is craving some movement, try switching up your go to beverage for Chase's, and last but definitely not least, test out her self care routine.

Whether you follow Chase's recommendation or modify to your needs, our goal is to keep GOing together - strong, happy, and healthy through 2022!

Chase's go-to moves:

First up is a little arm sequence Chase loves to do when she is craving some movement, but doesn't have a ton of time or equipment. Sets of 8 is the magic number!

Next we hit the abs. Once again, sets of 8!
