I am a dancer and fitness instructor originally from Colorado. I have been living in NYC for the past 7 years and have fallen in love with the fast pace of the city. I teach around 20 classes a week and I find so much joy in encouraging people to give their best every single time they walk in to a class. That’s where true personal growth and transformation occurs.
