Colleen Conlon


Colleen is a FitPro located in NYC with over 7+ years of experience. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor coaching for Equinox and the NEW fitness media platform, Variis. Colleen's goal in all of her classes is to help her students find their FIERCE!

Adam Bokunewicz


Adam is one of Manhattan’s most sought out Barre instructors. He began as a dance fitness instructor over 11 years ago at the age of 15. After moving to Boston for college, Adam was named Best of Boston two years in a row by Boston Magazine. Now Adam teaches 21 classes per week at Equinox clubs in Manhattan, leads their Off-The-Wall Barre programming. In 2018, Adam was awarded the Group Fitness Instructor Excellence award representing the New York City region of Equinox. Adam is also an instructor at The Mercedes Club, and formerly at David Barton’s TMPL Gym in Hell’s Kitchen.

Karly Ritcher


Karly loves going to the Barre just as much as she does bouncing on the trampoline in 90 degrees! She'll have you craving salmon, kale and avocado for every meal and wishing you could do a Sunday spa day with her and her girls! With many years of experience, you can catch her teaching at Pure Barre and training clients at Perspirology.

Chase Willman


A Cape Cod native, Chase brings her contagious energy and positive attitude to everything that she does in the Big Apple. As a former ballet dancer and performer, Chase will have you laughing, sweating, and working your hardest through every workout together. She currently teaches barre classes in New York City at Flywheel Sports. She fell in love with the barre right away as it felt very familiar to all her years of ballet training. She loves sharing with her clients her favorite way to sweat, bringing her high energy, pump up playlists, and special attention to each client in the group setting.

Chase has developed her own teaching style where she brings her genuine personality and artistic creativity to every class, no matter the time of day! After seeing results quickly from barre workouts on her own body, Chase has no problem inspiring and motivating hundreds of clients per week to sculpt and tone! If you are a professional athlete or it's your first day working out, you'll be captivated by Chase's energy as she takes you under her wing and keeps you coming back to the barre for more.

She also works as a fitness model represented by Stetts Model Management in New York City.

Jared Poulin


Jared Poulin is a season fitness pro from NYC. Growing up as an athlete, fitness was always part of his identity. He was an all-star soccer and track and field athlete. Jared moved to NYC 11 years ago to pursue a career in the arts and continues to perform in both theater and film. He has been teaching for Flywheel Sports for 6 years, instructing both spin and HIIT classes and has built a massive community/following. His classes are a high octane blend of entertainment and fierce athleticism. You will laugh and drip sweat the entire time! Jared is also a CPT with an impressive list of clients. He’s eager to sweat with you for his HIIT fix class! All you need is your amazing body! No weights or equipment needed.

Rebecca Brookstein


Rebecca Brookstein is a New York based instructor with Equinox. Through her group fitness classes Rebecca strives to help each person feel better and more confident walking out of the room than when they walked in. With an uplifting spirit, articulate coaching and purpose to connect mind, body and spirit, Rebecca will guide you through her classes to maximize your experience. When she's not teaching you can find Rebecca behind the camera as a freelance photographer, spending time with her two children and husband, or stepping into various other fitness classes!

Stephanie Schwartz


Stephanie Schwartz is a NYC-based Yoga teacher. Through yoga, Stephanie found confidence through physicality on the mat, and it is her highest aim to help her students find the same level of peace and self-esteem. She teaches vigorous, athletic-based classes to both challenge and empower students. When she isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her drinking coffee, working out, visiting her family, or petting various dogs. Zach Eisenberg


Zach Eisenberg has been involved in the fitness industry for over 4 years. He began his career with Fly Barre and then a few months later found himself teaching dance cardio with 305 Fitness. Between the two companies he has developed a deep love for barre and dance cardio. Zach brings high energy and a lot of fun to all his classes. As a Miami native he brings the heat wherever he goes!

Carly Rose


Carly Rose is a New York City based yoga teacher. She mainly teaches power vinyasa but has a special place in her heart for restorative yoga. Carly received her certification in Nashville from NuPower Yoga and Barre. When she is not at the studio you can find her sweating in a cardio HIIT class, getting cocktails with her girlfriends, looking in the Bergdorf windows, or having an adventure with her fiancé. 

Alvaro Merino


AJ is a personal trainer and high-performance tennis instructor in NYC. He works and trains with junior athletes aspiring to compete at the highest levels in tennis. He is also provides customized training programs for moms, corporate clients and a wide range of celebrities. His focus is HIITs workouts mixed with body weight movements, plyometrics and weights.

Alex Eisenberg


Alex Eisenberg joined the fitness world while studying in college. He taught his first official flybarre class in January of 2016 and has loved teaching ever since. Four years later and many classes in NYC, Boston, and Miami he lives in NYC waiting for that BWAY gig. Helping people tone and sculpt all day everyday! Alex Lyons


Alex Lyons is a certified personal trainer based in NYC. As a professional dancer, Alex got into group fitness 5 years ago and started teaching Flybarre at Flywheel Sports. Most recently she was teaching Flybarre, Flywheel, Flyfit and also joined the team at Box+Flow. Alex also has additional certifications in pre/post natal training, pilates, kettlebells, and corrective exercise. She recently created her signature workout, THE WORKUP, a music driven, low-impact sculpt class blending all her knowledge and training into one HARD workout.

Sarah Crane


Sarah is a performer and fitness professional who started her journey in fitness in NYC. She has taught at Row House and was an instructor at Flybarre and before traveling the country with the National Tour of Mean Girls was teaching at the boutique studio, BodMod. Get ready for a fun, full body, high energy workout suitable for all levels of fitness!

Niki Faranhini


Niki Fara is a boxing instructor as well as a professional dancer. She entered into the fitness world five years ago as a cardio hip hop instructor and delved into kickboxing and HIIT training as well. Niki has been boxing for three years now, and enjoys bag work and mitt training. She is passionate about group fitness and thoroughly enjoys bringing the art of boxing to others!

Lindsay Monal


Lindsay Monal is a Gympasser and 500hr ISHTA certified yoga and meditation teacher. Lindsay teaches weekly classes at Hudson Yoga Project in Hoboken, NJ available on the Gympass network! Lindsay invites students to cultivate a friendliness with their bodies and strives to make both the physical and energetic yogic practices accessible to all people.

Lucianna Silvestri


Based in Austin, TX, Lucianna Silvestri has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since March 2016. Although she is mostly known for her Yin Yoga teachings, Lucianna enjoys teaching many different styles of Yoga. Her classes are unique, illuminating and meditative. Lucianna guides you to truly and deeply connect to your mind, body, heart and soul.

Meghan Murray Cox


I am a trainer at Equinox in NYC. I instruct indoor cycling & HIIT classes all over the city. I absolutely love the fitness scene and have been active all my life. For me, it is an outlet. It is something I look forward to everyday whether it is my escape or reward at the end of a day. My mission is to empower my clients so that they leave the room feeling confident and happy.”
